This exhibit provides a series of images presented in the book "Red Pepper Paradise," highlighting Avery Island, Louisiana - the home of Tabasco Sauce.  A. J. Meek's photography highlights the beauty of this small world, while Jo Gulledge's text provides interesting insights into the past and future of the island, its inhabitants and the world-famous industry that sprang forth from it.
