This exhibit features work for the up-coming book "Vanishing Sugar: Photographs of Louisiana's Vanishing Sugar Cane Industry," featuring sugar cane operations both past and present throughout the state.  The images are broken down into two distinct galleries - black and white and color.  They tell of an industry, once a powerhouse of the state's economy, now falling away into ruin and decay.
